離線【明報專訊】伊拉克 記者扎伊迪向美國 總統布殊 擲鞋被捕，《好報》挺身而出，發動全球記者，組織全球記者大聯盟（全球記聯），予以強烈譴責，世界各地的記者紛紛響應號召，加入這場神聖的戰鬥。
《好報》記者胡盈柏榮任大聯盟發言人，他表示，各地記者同聲譴責扎伊迪準頭太差，以那樣的距離也不能一擊即中，太丟記者的面子。須知記者經常走到最前線，面對各色人等，為民請命，責無旁貸，理應「藏器於身，待時而動」，這次失敗，實在無可原諒。至於輿論認為，倘不是美國攻打伊拉克，在薩達姆 治下，「擲鞋」絕對不可能，胡盈柏表示同意，並指正是由於以往缺乏練習，致有此次的失敗。而布殊總統，或其繼任人，應欣然受義，做個活靶子，甚至受傷，以示民主自由之偉大。
大聯盟並且聯繫了「鵝頸橋婆仔專業協會」加入支援。胡盈柏稱，考慮到中東地區可能採取措施嚴禁「擲鞋」，所以大聯盟特別邀得鵝頸橋專業婆仔示範「打小人」方法，並將有關詳情攝錄，放上互聯網，方便中東地區乃至全世界學習。
「鵝頸橋婆仔專業協會」積極響應是項計劃，並且為此編寫了一套新的口訣，更將之用拉丁字母翻譯成國際語言，供世界人民使用。國際問題專家沈早軍說﹕「香港真是沒說的，國際城市就是國際城市，連婆仔也特別有國際視野。」

BUT according to AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL the UK government is not planning to support this report and intends to follow the US lead in dismissing the findings
